Preparation Instructions

1. Sift: Always add the powder to the water, not the water to the powder. Sift the Alpha Gypsum slowly over the surface of the water to prevent clumping.
2. Soak: Allow the powder to soak for 1–2 minutes to ensure every particle is hydrated.
3. Mix: Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes. Mechanical mixing is recommended for larger batches to achieve a smooth, cream-like consistency.
4. Pour: Pour into your mold immediately. Vibrate or tap the mold gently to release any trapped air bubbles.

Safety Note: This product generates heat (exothermic reaction) during the curing process. Do not apply directly to skin for body casting without proper barriers and professional guidance.
